4. Orders & Acceptance

• Placing an order on the Website constitutes an offer to purchase.
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment and order confirmation.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

Once an order has been placed and payment has been successfully made, it cannot be cancelled. Such cancellations are not covered under our refund policy. Your order will be processed and completed according to the production timeline specified for the products you have ordered.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are generally dispatched within 5-7 working days.
• Delivery timelines are approximately 8-10 working days, subject to location and courier partner performance.
• Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.
• Delays caused by courier services, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Jewellery items are subject to hygiene, customization, and value considerations.
• Exchange will be accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
• Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (photos/videos).
• Refturns are not applicable.

Customized or made-to-order jewellery may not be eligible for exchange.
